HAGERTY | VP of Product Development - Core Commerce

I have helped transform the organization and Digital Innovation and Technology department from a project-based to a product-based organization. With a focus on the insurance technology and digital presence, I lead a team of Product Managers through the process of defining and iterating on all aspects of our insurance ecosystem for our B2C, B2B and B2B2C channels of business. 

HAGERTY | Senior Program Manager - Acquisition

As the Senior Program Manager for Acquisition, I helped align the organization around the needs of our direct channel of business. Through the coordination of our digital and traditional marketing, field presence at events and auctions, and process improvements we were able to:


  • Increase quote yield by 15% and Application yield by 5%
  • Reduce marketing cost by 10-15% per issued policy
  • See straight through processing move from 15% - 50% 
  • Develop a greenfield quoting engine that was dynamic in nature


All of which have contributed to the company reach a growth target of over 15% YOY in its direct channel. 

HAGERTY | Senior Delivery Manger - Digital Experiences

As the Senior Delivery Manager, I was accountable for the delivery of the digital footprint of Hagerty across all business units. During my time in this role, we delivered multiple products that have become the backbone of Hagerty's presence. This included:


  •  Hagerty's Valuation Tools which sees over 1M unique visits monthly and is the gold standard for classic car valuation
  • Hagerty's Media site with integration to multiple social media platforms including Apple News and Bloomberg
  • Hagerty's Agent Locator offering access to over 40K agents across North America
  • Integrations with the  Adobe Experience suite for AB testing and analytics 

HAGERTY | Delivery Lead - eCommerce

As the Delivery Lead for eCommerce, I focused on the oversight and transition from Hagerty's Legacy digital platforms to infrastructure which is still in place today.


  • The implementation of Sitecore and its integration into legacy insurance platforms 
  • Development of the data warehouse and reporting suites
  • Expansion of Hagerty's global presence with Hagerty.ca and HagertyInsurance.uk
  • Design of Historic Vehicle Association which was the driving organization behind introducing the first car into the National Historic Registry 

ROOTED TO NATURE | Director of Commerce

As a partner and founder of Rooted to Nature I came in on the ground floor and helped build a brick and mortar store and eCommerce presense for store focused as much on the education of natural fibers as the sales of the clothing they could provide. 


  • Implemented in partnership with a third party vendor a custom online storefront with over 500 SKU's in a 6 month window following a 3 month period of design and product curation. 
  • Generated $300K in sales in the first 8 months of opening 
  • Ranked #1 in key terms and core product offerings across multiple search engines   

THE ALPINEER | eCommerce Manger

As the eCommerce manager of the Alpineer I helped drive a redesign of the Aplineers digital brands in Telemarkski.com, TheAlpineer.com, SkateSki.com, and AlpineTouring.com. Including all supporting back-office processes. 


  • 6 months delivery of a single brand and user experience across all digital assets 
  • Reduced shipping cost by 15% 
  • Support the sale and transfer of the business through 3 ownerships.

Product Management

I take a straight forward approach to product management. I look at the numbers and more importantly listen to the people with hands-on keyboards and those who are closest to the project.  Project management is about managing risk and setting expectations. I find that those doing the work can provide the best insight in how to do that.  

Strategy Management

I have a knack for seeing  through the woods at the bigger picture of an organization and helping bring multiple teams together on a common goal

Portfolio Management

When managing a portfolio of work across the enterprise you need to do so with an analytical eye and the decisiveness to make hard decessions. That said you need to be humble and open to others' ideas for the overall portfolio to be successful.

I continually look to coach my team members up and out of every role that they take on. I like to believe that I lead my teams and our peers by example while sharing my lessons learned so they can grow.
